Fix Auto UK’s Apprenticeship Programme is partnered with Apprenticeship Central, a vehicle repair industry apprentice recruitment and retention specialist company. Apprenticeship Central offer three services that can be utilized as one package or as induvial activations, all of which are available to Fix Auto UK Franchise Partners at our agreed rate. Apprenticeship Central offer candidates for the following apprenticeships:

• Vehicle Accident Repair Technician Multiskilled

- Level 3 – An apprentice will work on and obtain a level of competence in all craft aspects of vehicle accident repair, including Mechanical, Electrical & Trim (MET), Panel Repair & Replacement and Paint-surface Repair.

• Vehicle Damage Panel Technician - Level 3

• Vehicle Damage Mechanical & Electrical

Trim (MET) Technician - Level 3

• Apprentice Vehicle Damage Assessor

(VDA) - Level 4

• Generic Customer Service apprenticeships - levels 1 and 2

Above all else, Apprenticeship Central aim to achieve a higher rate of candidate retention than other recruitment agencies. They do this by extensively searching for the correct candidate through their ‘RECRUIT’ programme, followed by supporting the apprentice’s development and keeping them engaged through ‘NURTURE’ and ‘ENSURE’.
