This award is presented annually to the Franchise Partner who has embraced and embodies the brand the most throughout its business and is chosen by Head of Brand and Communications, Grace Weddell following feedback from the operational team of Regional Business Manager taking into account digital and physical customer facing branding.

Nigel Luffman Award (Apprentice of the Year)
Presented in memory of inspirational colleague Nigel Luffman who sadly passed away in 2021. Before his passing, Nigel was fiercely dedicated to nurturing young and new talent in the industry. This award fittingly honours 3 apprentices, nominated by business owners and Regional Business Managers, who has excelled over the last 12 months.
